Millar’s Will and Probate

When Millar died, his probate hearing was held in Victoria, the place of his birth, and where he was entitled to receive monies from various estate.

Appendix 6 contains details of Millar Buzzard’s Will and Probate.

However, no Will could be found to allow Margaret Mary any proceeds of the estate. But she eventually found the Will and said in an affidavit that she received the will from the Defence Department about the time Millar returned to W.A. She said she had showed to it Millar, when it was received, and that he said it should have been sent home whilst he was overseas.
